- Ignition and Start Signal = Greater than 11 V
- Engine Speed = Less than 950 RPM
- Engine Coolant Temperature = Warmer than 70°C (158°F)
- Intake Air Flow Valve Position = Greater than 90%
Frequency the DTC runs = ContinuouslyAfter the running conditions are met

- Ignition and Start Switch Signal = On
- Engine Cranking
