• Engine = Not Running
• Ignition and Start Signal = Greater than 11 V
• Manifold Absolute Pressure - = 50 to 115 kPa (7.3 to 16.7 PSI)
• Time between current ignition cycle and the last time the engine was running = Greater than 5 s

Frequency the DTC runs = Continuously - After the running conditions are met
