Installation Procedure

    Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  2. Connect the electrical connector.

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Water Pump Inlet Pipe - Install

  4. Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    Radiator Outlet Hose (2) @Engine Radiator - Install

  6. Radiator Outlet Hose Clamp (1) - Engage - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type

    {With Z45} Insert the front suspension 4-corner leveling system position sensor (3) into the keyhole slot at the frame.

  8. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  9. {With Z45} Install and tighten the front suspension 4-corner leveling system position sensor (3). Fastener Specifications
  10. Connect the electrical connector.
  11. {With Z45} Connect the front suspension 4-corner leveling system position sensor link (2) to the electronic suspension front position sensor link ball stud (1).

    Front Wheelhouse Liner-Right Side (3) - Install - Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement

  13. Perform the electronic suspension position sensor trim height calibration. With a scan tool, perform the Suspension Sensor Trim Height Calibration, if applicable.
  14. Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LM2) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LM2)
  15. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
