Installation Procedure

    Fuel and Evaporative Emission Component Bracket (3) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Fuel Cooler Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  3. Fuel Cooler Support Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Fuel Cooler (3) - Install

  5. Fuel Cooler Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  6. Fuel Cooler Support Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Fuel Return Pipe (3) - Install

  8. Remove the drain pan.
  9. Retainer (2) - Install
  10. Fuel Return Pipe (1) - Connect [2x] - Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service

    Fuel Cooler Coolant Cooler Inlet Hose (2) - Install [2x]

  12. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x] - Hose Clamp Replacement Guidelines - Spring Type
  13. Fill the charge air cooling system.
