WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Perform the following procedure/test: Contaminants-in-Diesel Exhaust Fluid Diagnosis .
- If a condition exists
Repair as necessary
- Go to next step: If no condition exists
- If a condition exists
- Perform the scan tool function: Reductant System Leak Test
- Verify the scan tool parameter: Reductant Pressure = Greater than 450 kPa (65.3 PSI)
- If less than 450 kPa (65.3 PSI)
- Perform the scan tool function: Reductant Pump - 50%
- Verify the scan tool parameter: Desired Reductant Pump Speed = Reductant Pump Speed
- If not equal
Refer to: DTC P149F, P208A-P208D, P214E, or P2C11
- Go to next step: If equal
Go to next step: Replace the component: A38 Reductant Pump and Sensor Assembly
- If not equal
- Go to next step: If 450 kPa (65.3 PSI) or greater
- Verify there are no leaks, kinks or restrictions in the reductant lines.
- If a condition exists
Repair as necessary
- Go to next step: If no condition exists
- If a condition exists
- Perform the scan tool function: Reductant Fluid Injector Quantity Test
- Verify the procedure/test passes.
- If the procedure/test does not pass
Repair as necessary
- Go to next step: If the procedure/test passes
- If the procedure/test does not pass
- Perform the scan tool function: Reductant System Tamper Service Bay Test
- If the procedure/test does not pass
A condition with the system still exists - Refer to step 1
- Go to next step: If the procedure/test passes
- If the procedure/test does not pass
- All OK.
