The following conditions could cause the DTC to set:
- Aftermarket equipment/accessories: Exhaust System/Fuel System/Induction System
- Engine oil overfilled
- Engine oil sludge build-up.
- Starting fluid use or alternative fuel added to the engine such as ether.
