Checks Causes
4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse Clutch Assembly
  • Inspect for damaged or worn 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch plates (530, 531).
  • Inspect for damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch piston (524), return spring (525), piston dam (526).
  • Inspect for damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch piston dam retaining ring (527).
  • Inspect for damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch piston stop (523).
  • Inspect for cut, worn or damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch piston seals (521, 522).
  • Inspect for improper selective4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch backing plate retaining ring (533).
  • Inspect for improper 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch backing plate retaining ring (534, 535).
  • Inspect for damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch backing plate (532). Inspect for worn splines on backing plate.
  • Inspect for damaged 4-5-6-7-8-9-10-Reverse clutch apply plate (528). Inspect for worn splines on apply plate.
  • Inspect for damaged triple clutch housing (520).
