Engine = Not Running
Time between current ignition cycle and the last time the engine was running = Greater than 5.0 s
Manifold Absolute Pressure = 50 to 115 kPa (7.2 to 16.6 PSI)
Barometric Pressure = 50 to 115 kPa (7.2 to 16.6 PSI)

Frequency the DTC runs = Once - After the running conditions are met
