Transmission Control Module Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (ZL1) Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Base, Uplevel) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (ZL1) , or Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (SS) If equipped with V18 package, remove the 5 retainers and front auxiliary radiator duct.
1	Transmission Control Module NOTE: If the vehicle is equipped with a right side charge air cooler radiator, it is not shown for clarity. Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector. Remove the module from the module bracket by releasing the retaining tabs. If installing a new module, perform the transmission control module programing and setup. K71 Transmission Control Module: Programming and Setup (10L60, 10L80 or 10L90) Reprogram the transmission. Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve Characterization Programming (10L60, 10L80 or 10L90)

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the module from the module bracket by releasing the retaining tabs.
If installing a new module, perform the transmission control module programing and setup. K71 Transmission Control Module: Programming and Setup (10L60, 10L80 or 10L90)
Reprogram the transmission. Q77 Transmission Control Solenoid Valve Characterization Programming (10L60, 10L80 or 10L90)
