Assemble Procedure

Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch Seal (1) - Install NEW
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch (2) - Install
- Engine Oil Level Indicator Switch Bolt (3) - Install [2x] - Engine Oil Level Sensor and/or Switch Replacement
- Engine Oil Level Switch Clip (4) - Install
- Oil Pan Baffle (5) - Install
- Oil Pan Baffle Bolt (6) - Install and tighten [2x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
Oil Filter Adapter Fitting (1) - Install and tighten 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
- Oil Pan High Pressure Port Seal (2) - Install NEW
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Tube Seal (3) - Install NEW
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator (4) - Install
- Positive Crankcase Ventilation Oil Separator Bolt (5) - Install and tighten 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Dowel Pin (6) - Install

NOTE:Ensure proper use of room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) sealant. Use of Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) and Anaerobic Sealant
Apply sealant (1) to the NEW lower oil pan. Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers
- Lower Oil Pan (2) - Install NEW
- Lower Oil Pan Bolt (3) - Install and tighten in sequence [11x] 10 N.m (89 lb in)
- Oil Pan Drain Plug Seal (4) - Install NEW
- Oil Pan Drain Plug (5) - Install and tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)
- Install a NEW oil filter and tighten 3/4 to 1 full turn after the gasket makes contact with the sealing surface on the filter mounting flange.
