Assemble Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Water Pump Seal (1) - Install NEW
- Water Pump Seal- Outer- Inner (2) - Install NEW
- Water Pump Outlet Port Seal (3) - Install NEW [2x]
- WARNING:
The noise cancelling foam component MUST be replaced if it has been exposed to engine fluids. Failure to replace the noise canceling foam component that has been exposed to engine fluids may result in an engine fire resulting in catastrophic engine damage, and possible injury or death.
Engine Front Cover Insulator (1) - Install
- Engine Front Cover Retainer (2) - Install [4x]
Crankshaft Front Oil Seal (1) - Install NEW - using the EN-29184 Seal Installer
- Camshaft Position Actuator Solenoid Valve Seal (2) - Install NEW [2x] - using the EN-46103 Camshaft Actuator Valve Seal Installer
