Disassemble Procedure

Inspect the engine oil manifold check valves (1). Damaged, restricted or clogged check valves must be replaced. If the check valves require replacement, proceed to step 2.
- Push out the engine oil manifold check valves (1) from the bottom side of the camshaft carrier.
- Clean the check valve bore and related passages thoroughly to remove any debris.
