2	Engine Flywheel Bolt [8x] CAUTION: This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . NOTE: Fasteners have adhesive patch and must be tightened to final torque within 5 minutes. Procedure Install the NEW bolts loosely by hand. If necessary, remove EN-51701-2 holder and rotate the secondary mass using EN-51701-1 aligner and a breaker bar to align the holes in the secondary mass with the primary mass. To prevent crankshaft rotation, install EN-51760 holding tool and starter motor bolts at the starter motor location, engaging the flywheel. Tighten the bolts evenly using the following procedure: Tighten the bolts a first pass in sequence to 30 N.m (22 lb ft). Tighten the bolts a final pass in sequence 80 degrees using the EN-45059 meter. Remove EN-51760 holding tool from the starter mount. Remove any remaining special tools, if present. CAUTION:

This vehicle is equipped with torque-to-yield or single use fasteners. Install a NEW torque-to-yield or single use fastener when installing this component. Failure to replace the torque-to-yield or single use fastener could cause damage to the vehicle or component.

NOTE:

Fasteners have adhesive patch and must be tightened to final torque within 5 minutes.

Procedure

Install the NEW bolts loosely by hand. If necessary, remove EN-51701-2 holder and rotate the secondary mass using EN-51701-1 aligner and a breaker bar to align the holes in the secondary mass with the primary mass.
To prevent crankshaft rotation, install EN-51760 holding tool and starter motor bolts at the starter motor location, engaging the flywheel.
Tighten the bolts evenly using the following procedure:
1. Tighten the bolts a first pass in sequence to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
2. Tighten the bolts a final pass in sequence 80 degrees using the EN-45059 meter.
Remove EN-51760 holding tool from the starter mount. Remove any remaining special tools, if present.
