| 1 | Turbocharger Procedure
NOTE:
PCV fluids and combustion product buildup are common and not a sign of failure.
NOTE:
Do not replace the turbocharger if cracks are found on the turbocharger inlet flange partition wall. Replacement should only be performed if external leaks are present or a section is loose or missing.
NOTE:
A new PCV tube and fitting are included with a new turbocharger assembly. |
| 2 | Turbocharger Bypass Valve Solenoid Procedure Inspect the bypass valve solenoid for damage. Replace if necessary. |
| 3 | Turbocharger Wastegate Regulator Solenoid Valve
NOTE:
Do not disassemble solenoid valve from bracket. Procedure Inspect the solenoid valve and bracket for damage. Replace if necessary. |
| 4 | Turbocharger Wastegate Regulator Solenoid Valve Hose [3x] Procedure Inspect the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid hoses for damage. Replace the hoses if necessary. |
