Installation Procedure

    Power Brake Booster Pump Dampener (1) - Install[2x]

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bushing (1) - Install[2x]

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bracket (1) - Install

    Retainer (1) - Install

  5. Retainer (2) - Install

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bolt (1) - Install[2x]

  7. Power Brake Booster Pump Nut (2) - Install and tighten[2x] 22 N.m (16 lb ft)

    Power Brake Booster Pump (1) - Install

    Power Brake Booster Pump Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten[2x] 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

    Quick Connect Fitting (1) - Connect

    Retainer (1) - Install

  12. Connect the power brake booster pump vent hose.
  13. Connect the power brake booster pump electrical connector.
  14. Charge Air Cooler - Left Side - Install - Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LGX with V18)Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LT1 V18)Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LTG with V18)Charge Air Cooler Replacement - Left Side (LT4)
