Removal Procedure

Brake Fluid Irritant Warning

  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1)Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
  2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
  3. Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield Replacement - Remove

    Brake Pipe Fitting (1) - Disconnect

  5. Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.

    Brake Hose Retainer (1) - Remove

    Wheel Speed Sensor Wiring Harness Clip (1) @Brake Hose - Release[2x]

    Bolt (1) - Remove

    Brake Hose Fitting Bolt (1) - Remove

    NOTE:

    Do not reuse the brake hose fitting gaskets.

    Brake Hose Fitting Gasket (1) [2x]@Front Brake Hose (2) - Remove and DISCARD

  11. Front Brake Hose - Remove
