Installation Procedure
- Install the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe.
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Connect the brake pressure modulator valve primary brake pipe fitting (1) at the BPMV and tighten the fitting to 32 N.m (24 lb ft).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clip (1).
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1) on the cowl.
Secure the brake pipe to the retaining clips (1).
- Install the air conditioning evaporator hose assembly. - Install the upper intermediate steering shaft to the mid intermediate steering shaft. Upper Intermediate Steering Shaft Replacement
- Power Brake Booster - Install - Power Brake Booster Replacement
- Connect the heater outlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LT1 LT4)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Heater Outlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Connect the heater inlet pipe to the heater core. Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LT1 LT4)Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LGX)Heater Inlet Hose Replacement (LTG)
- Install the outer fuel pump insulator. Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Inner)Fuel Pump Insulator Replacement (Outer)
