Front Side Door Upper Hinge and Lower Hinge Replacement

Preliminary Procedures Before removing the door, apply a double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces. Mark the location of the hinge being removed. Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement , or Front Wheelhouse Liner Replacement (ZL1) Support the door before removing the hinge bolts.
1	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Body Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Procedure Keep the door in the closed position. Replace one hinge at a time. Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 25 N.m (18 lb ft)

4	Front Side Door Lower Hinge to Body Bolt [2x] CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 32 N.m (24 lb ft)
