Assemble Procedure

    Oil Pump Flow Control Valve Seal (4) - Install NEW

  2. Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Wire (3) - Install
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Oil Pump Flow Control Solenoid Valve Bolt (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  4. Engine Wiring Harness Clip (5) - Install
    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  5. Engine Block Core Hole Plug (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Engine Oil Temperature Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

  7. Oil Filter Bypass Valve (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  8. Engine Oil Pressure Sensor (5) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  9. Lower Crankcase Extension Pin (2, 3) - Install [2x]
  10. Fig 1: Identifying Lower Crankcase Extension Pins, Engine Block Core Hole Plugs, Thermostat Bypass Hoses, Bolts And Gaskets

    Engine Coolant Thermostat Gasket (5, 8) - Install NEW [2x]

  11. Thermostat Bypass Hose (6, 10) - Install [2x]
  12. Thermostat Bypass Pipe Bolt (7, 9) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications [4x]
  13. Engine Block Core Hole Plug (3) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  14. Engine Block Core Hole Plug (4) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  15. Lower Crankcase Extension Pin (1, 2) - Install [2x]
