Diagnostic Aids

The motor for the sliding center console is part of the K230 Front Floor Console Control Module and cannot be serviced separately. The K230 Front Floor Console Control Module is part of the console base assembly, the console base must be removed to gain access to the module for diagnosis/replacement.

Before fully disassembling the center console check for power and ground at the appropriate terminals at the X300 connector under the drivers seat. If there is not power and ground at the connector repair the fault on the appropriate circuit.
