Installation Procedure

    Intake Manifold Resonator (2) - Install

  2. Engage the retainer spring (1).

    Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose (2) - Install

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Charge Air Cooler Inlet Air Hose Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Upper Intake Manifold Bracket (2) - Install

  6. Upper Intake Manifold Brace Nut (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Nitrogen Oxides Sensor (2) - Reposition

  8. Nitrogen Oxides Sensor Nut (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications
  9. Connect the electrical connector.
  10. Oil Filler Cap - Remove

    Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install

  12. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  13. Oil Filler Cap - Install
