Installation Procedure

    CAUTION:

    Refer to Component Fastener Tightening Caution .

  1. High Pressure Diesel Fuel Sensor (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  2. Connect the high pressure diesel fuel sensor electrical connector.

    Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose (2) - Install

    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Charge Air Cooler Outlet Air Hose Clamp (1) - Tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications

    Oil Filler Cap - Remove

  6. Intake Manifold Cover (2) - Install
  7. Intake Manifold Cover Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  8. Oil Filler Cap - Install
  9. Prime the fuel system and inspect for leaks. Fuel System Priming
