Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Vacuum Hose Clamp (3) @ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Hose (1) - Install NEW
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Outlet Pipe Gasket (2) - Install NEW
Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Hose (1) - Install

Using the DT-35910 Drive Axle Seal Clamp Pliers (1), crimp the exhaust gas recirculation valve vacuum hose clamp (2) until the gap (a) at the base of the ear is 1.5 mm (0.059 in).

Engine Wiring Harness (1) - Install
Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

Install the heater inlet hose bracket (2) and exhaust gas recirculation valve bracket nut (1) attached to the exhaust gas recirculation valve. Fastener Specifications
Reposition wiring harness and secure the retainers.

Plenum Front Panel Outer Reinforcement (1) - Install - Plenum Front Panel Outer Reinforcement Removal and Installation
Fill the cooling system to the proper level. Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static LM2) , or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 LM2)
