Installation Procedure

Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Pipe (1) - Connect [2x] - Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Pipe (1) @ Retainer (2) - Install
Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Pipe (2) - Install
- Emission Reduction Fluid Tank Filler Upper Pipe Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications
Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing (2) - Install NEW
- Press the fuel tank filler pipe housing depressions (1) to the body side outer panel until fully seated.
- Ensure the fuel tank filler pipe housing seal is full seated to the filler pipe.
- NOTE:
When replacing the fuel tank filler pipe housing or door, always install NEW fuel labels to the component that was replaced.
Fuel Tank Filler Door (1) - Install
- Lower the vehicle.
