Removal Procedure

- Disconnect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1, 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the transfer case control module (1).
- Disconnect and reposition the body harness connector (2) as needed.
Transfer Case Control Module Bracket Nut (2) - Remove [2x]
- Transfer Case Control Module (1) - Remove
