Circuit/System Verification

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify there are no other DTCs set, except for DTC C05FF and/or C15AC.
    • Go to next step: If no other DTCs are set 
  3. Verify DTC C05FF and/or C15AC is not set.
    • If the DTC is set 
    1. Perform the following learn procedure: Range Actuator Correlation Learn - Refer to: Transfer Case Range Actuator Correlation Learn 
    2. Clear DTCs.
    3. Ignition/Vehicle - Off
    4. Disconnect the data link connector.
    5. Wait 30 s before proceeding to the next step.
    6. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
    7. Verify the procedure was successful.
      • If the procedure was successful

        All OK.

      • Go to next step: If the procedure was not successful
    8. Test or replace the component: A16 Transfer Case Four Wheel Drive Actuator
    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  4. All OK.
