Conditions for Running the DTC

• DTCs related to the following system/component = Not Set
  • B9 Ambient Air Temperature Sensor
  • B214 Reductant Temperature Sensor
  • E53 Reductant Tank Heater
  • K115 Reductant Control Module
• Ambient Air Temperature & Reductant Temperature = Within 30°C (54°F) of each other - During engine startup
• Engine = Running
• Ignition = Off - For greater than 8 h
• Ignition Voltage = Greater than 11 V
• Reductant Heater Command = ON
• Reductant Level = Greater than 5 L
• Reductant Temperature = -14 to -40°C (7 to -40°F) - During engine startup

Frequency the DTC runs = Once - Per ignition cycle - After the running conditions are met - For greater than 600 s
