Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify the scan tool parameter: Fuel Temperature Sensor = 2 to 93°C (36 to 200°F) and changes
    • If not between 2 and 93°C (36 and 200°F) or does not change 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If between 2 and 93°C (36 and 200°F) and changes 
  3. Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.

    Verify the DTC does not set.

    • If the DTC sets 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the DTC is not set 
  4. All OK.
