Circuit/System Verification

- Ignition - On / Vehicle - In Service Mode
- Verify DTC P003A, P0045, P0047, P0048, P100B, PP16FA, P16FC, P16B0, P16B1, P16B2, P169E, P169F, P2564, P2565, U0656 is not set.
- If the DTC is set
- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- Verify the scan tool parameter: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Position Sensor = 85 - 95%
- If not in the specified range
Refer to: Circuit/System Testing
- Go to next step: If in the specified range
- If not in the specified range
- Clear the DTCs.
- Engine - Idling
- Verify the scan tool parameter: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Position Sensor = 85 - 100%
- If not in the specified range

- Go to next step: If in the specified range
- If not in the specified range
- Perform the scan tool control function: Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Position - From 20 to 80% and back to 20%.
Verify the difference between the following parameters is less than 16%:
- Desired Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Position
- Turbocharger/Supercharger Boost Control Position Sensor
- If the difference is greater than 15%

- Go to next step: If the difference is less than 16%
- Operate the vehicle within the Conditions for Running the DTC. You may also operate the vehicle within the conditions that you observed from the Freeze Frame/Failure Records data.
Verify the DTC does not set.
- If the DTC sets

- Go to next step: If the DTC is not set
- If the DTC sets
- All OK.
