Problem Action
One or more of the propeller shaft universal joints are worn. Replace the affected propeller shaft universal joints. Propeller Shaft Universal Joint Replacement (2WD) , or Propeller Shaft Universal Joint Replacement (4WD) 
One or more of the propeller shaft universal joints have lost lubricant. Replace the affected propeller shaft universal joints. Propeller Shaft Universal Joint Replacement (2WD) , or Propeller Shaft Universal Joint Replacement (4WD) 
The rear propeller shaft bolts are loose. Tighten the rear propeller shaft bolts to specification. Fastener Specifications
