Installation Procedure

    Remove the cap from the rear brake rear pipe outlet.

  2. Remove the plug from the rear brake hose inlet.
  3. Rear Brake Hose (3) - Install
  4. Rear Brake Hose Clip (2) - Install
    5. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  5. Rear Brake Rear Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Remove the plug from the rear brake hose outlet.

  7. Remove the plug the rear brake caliper inlet.
  8. Rear Brake Hose Washer (2) - Install NEW [2x]
  9. Rear Brake Hose (3) @ Rear Brake Caliper - Install
  10. Rear Brake Hose Fitting (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Brake Hose Bracket (2) - Install [2x]

  12. Rear Brake Hose Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [2x] - Fastener Specifications 
  13. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1, 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  14. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding 
  15. Check for brake system leaks.
  16. Install the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Steel Wheel) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
  17. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
