Installation Procedure

    Rear Brake Crossover Pipe (1) - Install

    Remove the plug from the rear brake rear pipe inlet.

    3. CAUTION:

    Fastener Caution

  3. Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications 
  4. Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (1) - Install

    Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (1) - Install

    Rear Brake Crossover Pipe (1) @ Retainer Clip - Install

    Remove the plug from the rear brake front pipe outlet.

  9. Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner (1) - Install [2x]

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [14x] - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

  14. Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
  15. Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1, 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
  16. Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding 
  17. Install the rear tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Steel Wheel) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
  18. Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
  19. Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
