Installation Procedure
Rear Brake Crossover Pipe (1) - Install
Remove the plug from the rear brake rear pipe inlet.
- Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (1) - Install
Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Retainer (1) - Install
Rear Brake Crossover Pipe (1) @ Retainer Clip - Install
Remove the plug from the rear brake front pipe outlet.
- Rear Brake Crossover Pipe Nut (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.
Rear Wheelhouse Liner (1) - Install [2x]
- NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [14x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications
- NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.
Rear Wheelhouse Liner Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
- Rear Wheelhouse Liner Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [8x] - Fastener Specifications
- Connect the battery negative cable. Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (9C1, 5W4) , or Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (KL9)
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding
- Install the rear tire and wheel assemblies. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Steel Wheel) , or Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Aluminum Wheel)
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
- Fill the brake master cylinder reservoir to the maximum-full level with GM approved brake fluid from a clean, sealed brake fluid container. Brake Master Cylinder Reservoir Filling
