Installation Procedure

    Install the front bumper lower shutter (2) to the radiator air front lower baffle.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Front Bumper Lower Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [4x] - Fastener Specifications

    Electrical Connector (3) - Connect

  4. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  5. Move the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) into position.
  6. Install the clips that hold the shroud to the bottom of the charge air cooler.
  7. Reposition the radiator air front lower baffle assembly (1) rearward.
  8. Radiator Air Lower Baffle Retainer (4) - Install [4x]

    Radiator Air Baffle Bracket Lower Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

  10. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install [2x]

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

  12. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications 
  13. Install the wiring harness.

    {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install

  15. {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Install [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  16. {If equipped} Connect the electrical connector.

    Front Bumper Shutter (2) - Install

  18. Front Bumper Shutter Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [9x] - Fastener Specifications 
  19. Connect the electrical connectors and install wiring harness.

    Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) - Install

    Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolts (2). Fastener Specifications 

  22. Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nuts (1). Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  24. Secure the wiring harness retaining tabs.
  25. Install the right and left side headlamps (2).
  26. Secure the front headlamp guide pins to the front bumper fascia guides (1).

    Install the 6 right and left side headlamp bolts (1). Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia (2) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Front Fascia Extension) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Front Fascia Extension)
