Installation Procedure

    Front Bumper Impact Bar (2) - Install

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Front Bumper Impact Bar Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications 
  3. Install the wiring harness.

    {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket (2) - Install

  5. {If equipped} Forward Range Radar Bracket Bolt (1) - Install [4x] - Fastener Specifications
  6. {If equipped} Connect the electrical connector.

    Front Bumper Fascia Upper Stiffener (1) - Install

    Install and tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener bolt (2). Fastener Specifications 

  9. Tighten the left and right side front bumper fascia upper stiffener nut (1). Fastener Specifications

    Connect all electrical connectors.

  11. Secure the wiring harness retaining tab.
  12. Front Headlamp (2) - Install [2x]
  13. Secure the front headlamp guide pin to the front bumper fascia guide (1).

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Headlamp Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [6x] - Fastener Specifications

    Front Bumper Fascia (1) - Install - Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (without Front Fascia Extension) , or Front Bumper Fascia Removal and Installation (with Front Fascia Extension)
