Removal Procedure

    Rear Seat (2) - Remove - Rear Seat Removal and Installation (60 Percent)

    Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad (1) - Remove - Rear Seat Cushion Cover and Pad Removal and Installation (60 Percent)

    Rear Seat Back Cover and Pad (1) - Remove - Rear Seat Back Cover and Pad Removal and Installation (60 Percent)

    Using a suitable flat-bladed tool, push the plastic tab of the rear seat head restraint guide (1) inward and pull upward to remove from the seat back frame.

  5. Rear Seat Head Restraint Guide (1) - Remove [2x]

    Using a suitable trim tool, release the retainers.

  7. Rear Seat Back Opening Finish Cover Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
  8. Rear Seat Belt Guide Trim Cover (2) - Remove
  9. Feed the rear seat center belt through the rear seat belt guide trim cover (2).

    Using a suitable trim tool, release the retainers.

  11. Rear Seat Back Cover Retainer (1) - Remove [12x]
  12. Rear Seat Back Panel (2) - Remove

    Rear Center Seat Belt Buckle Bolt (1) - Remove

  14. Feed the rear seat center belt through the rear seat frame.
  15. Rear Seat Center Belt Retractor (2) - Remove

    {If equipped} Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.

  17. Rear Seat Belt Buckle Bolt (1) - Remove
  18. Rear Seat Belt Buckle (2) - Remove

    {If equipped} Disconnect and reposition harness as necessary.

    Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Retainer (1) - Remove

  22. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clip.

    Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  27. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.

    Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

  30. Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.

    Rear Seat Latch Finish Cover (1) - Remove [2x]

    Release the remaining J-channel retainers on the rear seat cushion trim panel (2).

    Place the rear seat in the fold and tumble position.

  36. Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Retainer (1) - Remove [2x]
  37. Rear Seat Cushion Trim Panel (2) - Remove

    Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and reposition the harness as necessary.

  39. Front Seat Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
  40. Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.
  41. Rear Seat Track Finish Cover (2) - Remove

    Return the rear seat to the original position.

  43. NOTE:

    Note the location and routing of the seat cable to ensure proper installation.

  44. Release the folding rear seat back actuator cable (2) from the cable retainer (1).
  45. Disconnect the rear seat back actuator cable end from the rear seat frame.

    Disconnect the electrical connector.

  47. Rear Seat Riser Bolt (1) - Remove [3x]
  48. Folding Rear Seat Back Actuator (2) - Remove

    Position the seat as necessary to access the seat bolts.

  50. Disconnect the wiring harness retainers and reposition the harness as necessary.
  51. Front Seat Bolt (1) - Remove [4x]

    Using a flat-bladed plastic trim tool, release the retaining clips.

    Rear Seat Riser Finish Cover Retainer (1) - Remove

  56. Rear Seat Back Cover Retainer (2) - Remove
  57. Rear Seat Recliner Inner Finish Cover (3) - Remove

    Depress the retaining tab while pulling the rear seat hinge finish cover (1) inward then upward to release from the rear seat hinge.

    Depress the retaining tab while pulling the rear seat hinge finish cover (1) inward then upward to release from the rear seat hinge.

    NOTE:

    Typical wiring harness shown, individual harness may be different due to option content. Various seat components may need to be removed from the seat to access the harness depending on seat and content options.

    Disconnect the electrical connectors and release the wiring harness retainers as necessary.
