Front Center Seat (3) - Remove - Front Center Seat Removal and Installation

Using a suitable trim tool, release the retaining clips.
Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Cover-Upper (1) - Remove [2x]

Front Seat Center Armrest Pivot Bolt (1) - Remove
Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer Bolt (2) - Remove
Front Seat Armrest Adjust Retainer (3) - Remove

Disconnect the latch release cable.
Front Seat Center Armrest Bolt (1) - Remove [2x]
Front Center Seat Armrest (2) - Reposition

Using a suitable trim tool, release the retaining clip.
Front Seat Center Armrest Hinge Finish Inner Cover (1) - Remove
