Circuit/System Description

The K219 Lighting Control Module provides the M33 Liftgate Window Latch with approximately 7.5 V to the signal circuit 2279. Ground is applied at all times to the M33 Liftgate Window Latch. When the liftglass is open, ground is applied to the K219 Lighting Control Module through signal circuit 2279. The K219 Lighting Control Module will send a serial data message to the driver information center to display the Rear Liftglass Open message.
