Preliminary Procedures Remove the instrument panel outer trim cover - left side. Refer to Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement (With C99) , or Instrument Panel Outer Trim Cover Replacement (Without C99) . Remove the instrument panel fuse block access hole cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Fuse Block Access Hole Cover Replacement .
1	Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Fastener (Qty: 3) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
2	Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Clip (Qty: 5)
3	Instrument Panel Knee Bolster Assembly Procedure Detach the electrical connector from the instrument panel knee bolster through the fuse block access hole opening.
