Removal Procedure
WARNING:
Refer to Brake Fluid Irritant Warning .
CAUTION:
Refer to Brake Fluid Effects on Paint and Electrical Components Caution .
- Raise and support the vehicle. Vehicle Lifting and Jacking Caution
- Remove the rear tire and wheel assembly. Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation
- Clean all dirt and foreign material from the brake hose ends and the brake pipe fitting.
Rear Brake Rear Pipe Fitting (1) @ Rear Brake Hose (2) - Remove
Cap the brake pipe fitting to prevent brake fluid loss and contamination.
- Rear Brake Rear Pipe Fitting (3) @ Rear Brake Cylinder (4) - Remove
- Rear Brake Rear Pipe (5) @ Vehicle - Remove
