Installation Procedure
Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Vehicle - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ 3 Way Clip (3) - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Bolted Clip (2) - Install [2x]
Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Clip (3) - Install
- Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Mounted Clip (2) - Install
Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Clip (3) - Install [2x]
- Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ Mounted Clip (2) - Install [4x]
Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ 2 Way Clip (2) - Install
Rear Brake Pipe (1) @ 1 Way Clip (2) - Install [3x]
- CAUTION:
Refer to Fastener Caution .
Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Rear Brake Hose (2) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Evaporative Emission Pipe - Install - Evaporative Emission Pipe Replacement (LV7)
- Fuel Feed Pipe - Install - Fuel Feed Pipe Replacement - Underbody
- Fuel Tank - Install - Fuel Tank Replacement (32L (8.5 US Gallon) Tank) , or Fuel Tank Replacement (35L (9 US Gallon) Tank)
- Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle - Install - Drivetrain and Front Suspension Cradle Replacement
Rear Brake Pipe Fitting (1) @ Brake Pressure Modulator Valve (2) - Install and tighten 18 N.m (13 lb ft)
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe - Install - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Primary Pipe Replacement (LHD)
- Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe - Install - Brake Pressure Modulator Valve Secondary Pipe Replacement (LHD)
- Battery Tray - Install - Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater) , or Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater)
- Bleed the brake system. Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure)
- Lower the vehicle.
