Installation Procedure

    Install the brake pressure modulator valve secondary pipe (3) to the vehicle.

    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  2. Connect the brake pressure modulator valve secondary pipe fitting (2) to the brake pressure modulator valve and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).
  3. Connect the brake pressure modulator valve secondary pipe fitting (1) to the master cylinder and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).
  4. Install the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (without Engine Block Heater) , or Battery Tray Replacement (with Engine Block Heater) .
  5. Install the engine control module. Refer to Engine Control Module Replacement .
  6. Install the battery. Refer to Battery Replacement .
  7. Bleed the hydraulic brake system. Refer to Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Manual) , or Hydraulic Brake System Bleeding (Pressure) .
