1	Rear Compartment Lid Strut WARNING: Refer to Rear Compartment Lid Hold-Open Device Warning . Procedure Release the lock tabs on the strut. Ensure the clip is fully seated when the rod is reinstalled. If the clip cannot be fully seated, a new rod should be installed.
