NOTE:
You need to lower the center of the windshield upper garnish molding to gain access to the speaker connector to help in the removal and installation

Windshield Upper Garnish Molding (1) - Loosen - Windshield Upper Garnish Molding Replacement (Coupe) , or Windshield Upper Garnish Molding Replacement (Convertible)

Note the locations of the tabs on the roof console (2) to aid in the placement of the flat-bladed trim tool (1).

With a flat-bladed trim tool, release the tabs at the most rearward of the roof console (1) and pull down on the console, then release the retaining tabs on the side of the console and pull down, then release the retaining tabs at the most forward of the console.

Pull the roof console (1) rearward to remove the 4 front roof console tabs from the windshield upper garnish molding.
Disconnect the electrical connectors.
Transfer components as necessary.
