Transmission Control Module

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remove the module from the module bracket by releasing the retaining tabs.
If installing a new module, perform the transmission control module programing and setup. Refer to K71 Transmission Control Module: Programming and Setup (10L60 (MI1), 10L80 (MI2) or 10L90 (MI4)) , or K71 Transmission Control Module: Programming and Setup (8L45 (M5T)) .
