   NOTE:

   The supercharger intercoolers and fasteners are not serviceable and are not to be tampered with or removed at any time for any reason.

   Remove the inlet air pressure and temperature sensor bolt (2).

   Remove the evaporative emission canister purge valve bolt (2).

4. Remove the evaporative emission canister purge valve (1).

   Remove the mass air pressure sensor bolt (2).

6. Remove the mass air pressure sensor (1).

   Remove the charge air bypass valve vacuum tube (1).

   Hold the bypass valve actuator in place and remove the 2 bypass valve actuator bolts (2).

   Rotate the bypass valve actuator clockwise to approximately the one o'clock position.

10. Remove the bypass actuator rod from the arm of the bypass valve.
11. Remove the supercharger bypass valve actuator (1).

    CAUTION:

    Do not attempt to adjust the Bypass Valve level set screw. This screw is adjusted and set at the factory for optimal supercharger performance. Attempting to adjust the set screw could result in diminished supercharger performance or damage to the supercharger.

    The bypass valve set screw does NOT need to be adjusted during disassemble or reassemble of the supercharger (1).

    Remove the 4 throttle body bolts (3).

14. Remove throttle body (2).
15. Remove throttle body gasket (1).

    Remove the 4 supercharger water manifold bolts (1).

17. Remove supercharger water manifold (2).
18. Remove and DISCARD the 4 supercharger water manifold gaskets (3).

    Remove and DISCARD the 8 intake manifold gaskets (1).

    Using the DT-45000  Seal Remover, remove and DISCARD the positive crankcase ventilation tube seal (1).
