Charge Air Cooler Cover Cleaning and Inspection

Inspect the cover for the following:
- Damaged seals and/or surfaces (1)
- Loose or torn insulator baffle (2). Insulator baffle and baffle bolts cannot be services separately. If the baffle needs to be replaced, it must be serviced with a NEW Charge Air Cooler Cover Assembly.
- Leaking, restricted, or damaged charge air coolers.
Inspect the water manifold for the following:
- Damaged seal surfaces (1)
- Leaking air bleeds (2)
- Damaged coolant hose fitting sealing surfaces (3)
