Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket

Callout Component Name
1 Charge Air Cooler Housing Gasket
NOTE:

Must use a NEW Gasket.
2 Charge Air Cooler Cover
3 Charge Air Cooler Cover Bolt (Qty: 11)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten:

  1. The bolts in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  2. Retighten bolts 1 - 8 in sequence to torque.
4 Charge Air Cooler Cover Double Ended Stud (Qty: 5)

Tighten:

  1. The bolts in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  2. Retighten bolts 1 - 8 in sequence to torque.
5 Charge Air Cooler Cover Ball Stud (Qty: 4)

Tighten:

  1. The bolts in sequence to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  2. Retighten bolts 1 - 8 in sequence to torque.
