Circuit/System Verification

  1. Ignition - On/Vehicle - In Service Mode
  2. Verify the scan tool parameter:
    • Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Relay Control Circuit High Voltage Test Status = OK or Not Run
    • Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Relay Control Circuit Low Voltage Test Status = OK or Not Run
    • Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Relay Control Circuit Open Test Status = OK or Not Run
    • If not the specified state 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the specified state 
  3. Perform the scan tool control function: Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump - On and Off

    Verify the component turns On and Off: G36 Auxiliary Heater Coolant Pump

    • If the component does not turn On and Off 

      Refer to: Circuit/System Testing

    • Go to next step: If the component turns On and Off 
  4. All OK.
