Installation Procedure

If removed, inspect the reverse lockout assembly O-ring (3). Replace the reverse lockout assembly O-ring if necessary.

CAUTION:

Install the reverse lockout assembly (4) and bolt (1) and tighten to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).
Install the reverse lockout solenoid (2).
Using the DT-49293 socket, install the Reverse Lockout Solenoid (2) and tighten the reverse lockout solenoid to 40 N.m (30 lb ft).

Connect the reverse lockout solenoid electrical connector (1).
Lower the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (ZL1) , or Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle (Convertible)
