Installation Procedure

Apply sealant to the threads of the backup lamp switch. Refer to Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers (MJK, MH3, or MM6) , or Adhesives, Fluids, Lubricants, and Sealers (M13) for the recommended sealant material.
- Install the backup lamp switch (2) and tighten the switch to 27 N.m (20 lb ft).
Connect the backup lamp switch electrical connector (1).
- Lower the vehicle.
